铜鼎是从陶制的三足鼎演变而来的,起初用来烹煮食物,后主要用于祭祀和宴享,是商周时期重要的礼器之一。鼎,古代原是饪食器,后来变为统治政治权利的重要象征,视为镇国之宝和传国之宝,也是“明贵贱,别上下”等级制的标志。
Copper tripod evolved from pottery tripod. It was first used to cook food, then mainly used for sacrifice and feast. It was one of the most important ritual vessels in Shang and Zhou Dynasties. Ding, originally a cooking utensil in ancient times, became an important symbol of the political rights of the ruling class. It was regarded as the treasure of town and country and the treasure of spreading the nation. It was also the symbol of the hierarchical system of 'noble and cheap, distinguishing from superior and inferior'.
善缘宝鼎设计为三足鼎立造型,批量定制铜鼎,鼎高7.158米,直径5.8米,重90吨。大鼎分3层,鼎耳高1.842米,鼎身高3.68米,鼎足高1.48米。鼎身一周分8格,其中6格分别为四大佛教名山实景图、西来寺全景图及募鼎图,另两格分别铭有“西来古寺”和“善缘宝鼎”八个大字。

四羊方尊是商代方尊中现存的一件,其造型独特和工艺精美而堪称国宝。四羊方尊属于礼器,祭祀用品,高58.3厘米,重近34.5公斤,1938年出土于湖南宁乡县黄村月山铺转耳仑的山腰上,现藏于北京中国国家博物馆。羊在古代寓意吉祥。四羊方尊以四羊、四龙相对的造型展示了酒礼器中的至尊气象。
羊是带角的动物,角是许多民族尤其是原始民族崇拜之物,人类创造的神里许多带角,如中国古代战神蚩尤的带角的神与祖先。羊最通俗或民间化的象征意义便是“吉祥”,至少从汉始,羊就与吉祥联系在一起,汉代瓦当、铜镜等铭刻中多见“宜侯王 大吉羊(祥)”,吉祥有时直接写成“吉羊”,在这里,羊与祥不仅仅是字的通假,而是羊身上被赋予的上述种种秉性使然。
