一、大气等离子表面处理机设备简介
Ⅰ. Introduction of atmospheric plasma surface processor
旋转型大气低温等离子处理机由等离子发生器、气体输送系统、压力保护系统及等离子喷头等部分组成。等离子发生器产生高压高频能量在喷嘴钢管中被激活和被控制的辉光放电中将空气电离,产生了低温等离子体,借助压缩空气将等离子体喷向工件表面,当等离子体与被处理物体表面相遇时,产生了一系列化学作用和物理变化,表面得到了清洁,去除了碳化氢类污物,如油脂、辅助添加剂等,根据材料成分,其表面分子链结构得到了改变。建立了羟基、羟基等自由基团,这些基团对各种涂敷材料具有促进其粘合的作用,在粘合和油漆应用时得到了优化。在同样效果下,应用等离子体处理表面可以得到非常薄的高张力涂层表面,不需其他机械、化学处理等任何强烈作用成分来增加粘合性。通过低温等离子体表面处理,材料表面发生多种的物理、化学变化,或产生刻蚀而粗糙,或形成致密的交联层,或引入含氧极性基团,使亲水性、粘结性、可染色性、生物相容性及电性能分别得到改善。在适宜的工艺条件下处理材料表面,使材料的表面形态发生了显著变化,引入了多种含氧基团,使表面由非极性、难粘性转为有一定极性、易粘性和亲水性,有利于粘结、涂覆和印刷。
Jet type atmospheric low-temperature plasma processor consists of plasma generator, gas distribution system, plasma nozzle and so on. Plasma generator generates high voltage and high frequency energy, and forms low temperature plasma in the activable and controlled glow discharge of nozzle steel pipe. The plasma generator sprays the plasma on the surface of workpiece with compressed air, and when the plasma and the surface of processed objects meet, they result in chemical action and physical changes, so that the surfaces is clean and removed hydrocarbon type dirt, such as grease, auxiliary additive and so on. Of course, its surface molecular chain structure has been changed according to the composition of materials. Setting hydroxyl and other radicals, these radicals have the action to promote their adhesion on a variety of coating materials, and they are optimized in gluing and painting application. Under the same effect, using the plasma to process the surface can get very thin and high-tension coating surface, and it is unnecessary to increase the adhesion with other machines, chemical treatment and any other strong effects. Through the surface treatment of low temperature plasma, the surface of material generates a variety of physical and chemical changes, or forms corrosion to become rough, or forms a dense cross-linked layer, or introduces oxygen-containing polar groups, so that hydrophilcity, adhesion, dyeability, biocompatibility and electrical properties are improved. Processing the surface of material under the optimum process conditions makes the surface morphology of material generate significant changes and introduce a lot of oxygen-containing groups, so that the surface changes from non-polarity and difficult viscosity to certain polarity, easy viscosity and hydrophilcity, which is beneficial to bonding, coating and printing.
目前各种薄膜的生产已经普遍采用电晕处理的方法来解决表面亲和性问题。但由于多种原因电晕只能在两个相邻的平行线极间进行,且距离不能过大,所以电晕处理的方法不适合用来处理三维物体的表面极化问题。如果用火焰法来处理,其弱点是所有聚合物都是易燃和熔点低。当有机材料置于高温火焰下时,会因受高温的处理而变形、变色、表面粗糙、燃烧和散发出有毒气体,且处理工艺难以掌握。关键是成本高,具有危险性。
Currently the production of film has commonly adopted the method of corona treatment to solve the surface affinity. However, due to some reason, corona can only process between two adjacent parallel lines, and the distance can not be too large, so the method of corona treatment is not suitable to process the surface polarization of three-dimensional objects. If adopting flame processes, its weakness is that all the polymers are flammable and have a low melting point. When the organic material is placed under high temperature flame, it will deform, discolor, become rough, burn and emit toxic gases due to the processing of high temperature. Besides, the treatment process is difficult to grasp. And it will cause high costs and risk.
三维物体表面的改性处理采用低温等离子体流处理工艺为最佳方案。其原理如图1-1所示。在电极两端施加交流高频高压,将两电极间的空气电离产生气体弧光放电而形成等离子区。等离子在气流的吹动下到达被处理的表面而实现对3D表面进行改性的目的。
It is the best solution to adopt low temperature plasma flow processing technology for the modified processing of three-dimensional body surface. The principle is as shown in Figure 1-1. Impose AC high frequency and high voltage at both ends of electrodes, so that the air between the two electrodes generates gas arc discharge to form plasma. The plasma reaches the processed surface under the blowing of air flow, and accomplishes the purpose to modify the three-dimensional body surface.
