电缆运行条件 Operating Conditions

1、在空气中敷设Aerial laying

1.1单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离:185mm²及以下为电缆直径的2倍,240mm²及以上为90mm.。

      The single-core cables are parallel laid,the distance between the cable center is 2 times of the cable diameter for cross-section area of conductor≤185mm²and 90mm for cross-sectional area of con-ductor≥240mm²

1.2周围环境空气温度：40℃

       Ambient temperature : 40℃

1.3导体的长期最高工作温度：90℃

       Max.long-run working temperature of conductor: 90℃

1.4不同环境温度载流量的修正系数Correction factor(k) of current capacity under different ambient temperatares

2、直埋敷设Direct buried laying

2.1单芯电缆不接触敷设时，电缆中心距离为电缆直径的2倍。

The single-core cables are installed separately,the distance beween the cable centers is 2 times of the cable diameter

2.2土壤温度：25℃

Soil temperature: 25℃

2.3导体的长期最高工作温度：90℃

    Max.long-run working temperature of conductor: 90℃           

2.4土壤温度系数：1.0℃.m/w

Soil thermal resistivity: 1.0℃.m/w

2.5直埋深度:0.7m

Burial depth:0.7m

五、电缆安装使用Installation and application

1、电缆的选择Cable selection

1.1电缆的额定电压U₀/U(Um)示为:U₀是电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压,U是电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压,Um是设备可承受的最高系统电压的最大值。

Cable rated voltage U₀/U(Um) stand for: U₀  is rated A.C. voltage designed between candactor to earth or motellic sereen. U is rated A.C. voltage desighed  between phase to phase, Umis max system voltage which equipment can withstand.

1.2根据电缆的敷设环境及负荷的不同，正确设计选择电缆的型号规格。非铠装型适用于架空、室内、隧道、电缆沟等场合，不能承受机械外力作用；铠装型同非铠装适用的条件外可直埋于地下，能承受一定的机械外力作用。单芯电缆不允许敷设在产生磁性管道中。易燃易暴、化学腐蚀性及高温、低温等场合应选择特殊型号的电缆。

Cable types must be properly selected and designed in light of different installing places and loads. Not withstanding much mechnical force, non-armoured cables are often used in aerial line, tuunel, cable trench and indoors. Armoured type, aside from mentioned places, can be buried underground and bear mechanical forces. No single-core cable is allowed to be laid in magnctiable duct. Special cables should be chosen where goods are easily combusted and exploded and occasions with low or high temperature and chemical corrosion.

2、储存和运输 Storage and transportation

电缆在储存中，应规范包装避免长期露天阳光暴晒，两端头可靠密封，不允许长期存放与潮湿的环境中且电缆盘不能平放。运输时应考虑盘高并有效固定，吊装时不允许几盘同时吊装，严禁从高处推下。

While storage, avoid the package long-term exposure and keep both ends well sealed. It is not permissible to keep cable in moisture places for long time or the cable drum flat. During transportation the drum must be properly fixed and  hoisted one at a time. Dropping drums from high position is strictly forbidden.

3、敷设和安装 Laying and installation

3.1电缆应按照有关电力规程敷设。电缆在敷设时，应采用合理的操作方法和工具，如放线架、导辊等，防止电缆受到机械损伤。电缆接近热源、多棵电缆靠近敷设、土壤水分迁移、阳光直接照射、并行负载不平衡等，将影响电缆载流量和电缆的使用寿命。

The cables shall be laid according to relevant regulations of Electric Power.When laying cables, it’s strictlyrecommended to use right methods and tools to preventcables from being damaged.The current carrying capacity will be affected and the cable life will be reduced wherecables are laid near heat source,near other cables,directlyexposed to solar radiation,unequally loaded in one systemetc.

3.2电缆穿管敷设时，管道内径不小于电缆外径的1.5倍,三棵单芯电缆穿管时，管内径应足够大，防止电缆受挤压。通常管线配合是管内电缆总面积不超过管子内孔面积的40%。

When cables are laid in pipes,the internal diameter ofpipes shall be at least1.5times the outer diameter of thecable.In the case of three single-core cables in a commonpipe,the ihe inner diameter shall be selectd so that there issufficient room for the cables.Normally,the total cross sectional area of cables shall be no more than40% of thesectional area of pipe.

3.3电缆应在不低于0℃的环境下敷设。低于0℃时必须预先加热，否则在弯曲过程中会损伤电缆绝缘。

Cable must be heated prior to laying if the ambient temperature is below0℃,otherwise the cable insulation will be damaged while it is bent.

3.4电缆敷设组间影响 Influences for cable-laying intervals

电缆在下列布置情况下,回路周围空气自由循环、可不考虑影响载流量降低系数。

Under the following arranged conditions the air around the return circuit is free and does not circulate itmay not consider thelowering coefficient affecting the current-carrying capacity

3.4.1回路水平方向净距离不小于2倍单根电缆外径;

       The horizontal net interval between return circuits should be not less than twice the overall diameter of a single cable.

3.4.2回路垂直方向净距离不小于4倍单根电缆外径;

       The vertical net interval between return circuits should be not less than 4 times the overall diameter of a single cable.

3.4.3水平方敷设回路超过3个;

       Under the condition when the number of horizontal laid return circuits surpasses3.

3.5当采用牵引导体夹头方式敷设时，允许最大牵引力为P=OA(N)。其中A为导体截面（mm²），O为抗拉强度，铜导体为50N/mm²，铝导体为30N/mm²。

When laying cable with a puling grip on the conductors,the maximum pilling force can be calculated according to the following formula:p=o.A(N).A stands for cross-sectional area, factor O stands for tensile strength; 50N/mm² for copper conductor and 30N/mm²for aluminum conductor.

4、试验Test

安装结束后电缆进行绝缘电阻测试和直流耐压试验、泄露电流测量，历时15min.

Insulation resistance, D.C. voltage tests and leakage current measurement shall be carried out after installation for 15 min.
