废气净化处理装置是一种结构简单、压力降小的吸收设备。操作时，气体自下而上，吸收液由上而下，两相在填料层表面接触吸收，吸收液体入下部的循环槽。
该产品既保持了聚丙烯设备耐腐蚀、轻质高强、不易结垢的优点并大大提高了产品的传质效果，在某些场合，已替代了传统的板式塔。
多功能酸雾（废气）净化塔，是由聚丙烯净化塔、聚丙烯PP风机、泵循环喷淋系统、防腐液体槽、鲍尔环填料等组成，如酸雾中含有粉尘，可在系统中加入塑制旋风粉尘回收器。
可广泛应用于治理化工、医药、石油、电镀、冶金、酸洗、五金、仪表、电子等行业的表面处理或生产反应过程中所产生的工业废气，能很好的解决废气吸收的环保难题，也可用于磷肥反应过程中的废气净化。
