3.配置三维电动真空冷却水槽。机械式的高度调节和侧向调节方便操作，并且确保了产品的定型精确。
4.牵引装置采用变频调速，耐磨的牵引履带确保牵引的高速及高稳定。
1.The production line is composed of extruder, molds and sub-machines, and widely used in making various of tubes and profile products.
2.Applicable processing materials: PP, PE, PS, ABS, PVC, 475 and others.
3.Special designed screw and barrel guarantee the high speed extruding in super plasticizing effect. The tri-dimensional electric vacuum calibration tank
can be adjusted both in traverse and longitude direction mechanically, which assures the accurate forming capacity.
4.Owing to inverter and wearable caterpillar track or belts，the performance of the haul-off unit can be highly stable and fast. The cutter and extruder
can work simultaneously. The direct transmission device of cutter can meet various products’ demand.
