Grease made of synthetic perfluoropolyether base (PFPE), synthetic polytetrafluoroethylene
organic thickener (PTFE) and additives. 可賽公司 ULTRAGREASE TOP 2 是一款極高性能
特種潤滑脂，以全合成 PFPE 全氟聚醚為基礎，再以無機物材料 PTFE 氟素為增稠劑，還有多項
高檔特殊添加劑與配方，理化組合性能極穩定，具有極高效能之特種潤滑脂。
2. Applications 應用 :
Specially indicated for the lubrication of mechanisms under extreme operating conditions, as
for example: ULTRAGREASE-TOP2 潤滑脂，是專門為了處於艱困工作條件和惡劣環
境，而特別研製的高性能特種潤滑脂，例如以下之應用 :
- Rolling and sliding bearings at extremely high temperature in ovens in the automotive,
ceramic or steel industry. 高溫環境之滾動與滑動軸承，例如: 汽車、磁磚、鋼鐵、金屬冶煉 …
等生產加工行業，高溫區生產機械設備運行轉動機件之潤滑、密封與保護。
- Extended relubrication intervals at high temperature such as in stenter frames in textile
industry, paperboard machines or film stretching machines. 紡織行業的熱定型拉幅機，造
紙行業的熱輥輪，或薄膜拉幅機 … 等，高溫環境與長時間運轉之生產機器設備。
- 任何機器設備之運轉機件與潤滑點係經常處於艱困與惡劣環境，例如: 潮濕、溫熱蒸氣、水沖
洗、瓦斯氣、酸、鹼、溶劑 … 等化學腐蝕物質接觸之機器設備，以及電子、半導體製造行業
之真空設備 … 等。

3. Properties 功能與特性 :
- 有極好的熱穩定性能，能在 -30 ~ +260 攝氏溫度之間正常工作。
- Extremely high resistance to aging, which avoids degradation of the grease in service even
for long intervals of lubrication at high temperatures. 有極堅強的抗衰老及慢退化能力，具
有長壽命效能，適合潤滑區處於惡劣環境，能延長換脂週期時間，節省金錢，提高生產效率。
- Good protection to the corrosion of the metallic parts. 有極好的金屬防銹保護效能。
- High resistance to hot and cold water, oils, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbon solvents (naphtha,
benzene, toluene, etc), solvents based on chlorinated compounds like perchloroethylene
(PER), trichloroethylene (TRI), dichloromethane (methylene chloride), alcohols, etc.
有極高的抵抗潮濕、耐冷熱水沖洗，油，酸，鹼，烴類溶劑（石腦油，苯，甲苯等），基於氯化
物溶劑如四氯乙烯（PER），三氯乙烯（TRI），二氯甲烷（二氯甲烷），醇類 … 等化學物。
- 高抗磨與潤滑性能，耐極壓，能承受重載高負荷工作。
- 在真空操作環境能到達 10
