主要功能:
巴西莓所含的主要有益物质包括多酚、黄酮类化合物,大部份是花色甙及原花色甙类。巴西莓的深紫色果皮所含的花色甙是红酒的很多倍,有强效的抗氧化作用,含有Omega 6(亚麻油酸)及Omega 9(油酸)这两种必须的脂肪酸。
