9H无机纳米水性双组份 耐高温高耐磨 陶瓷涂料 高硬度9H（热态6H），高温下硬度几乎无变化 优秀的高耐磨、耐高温、耐溶剂、耐酸碱、耐盐水煮、防腐蚀 耐候性长(>30年)，优良的耐老化性，抗紫外线性能 色彩丰富鲜艳，光泽可以从亚光到高光 拨水(疏水/增水和水的接触角60-100度) 不粘、耐人工污染(污迹等粘附物易清理，煎蛋200个以上不粘) 加热均匀、效率高，有效节省能源 水性、环保、无毒…… 9H无机纳米水性双组份耐高温高耐磨 陶瓷涂料树脂使用说明 9H无机纳米水性双组份耐高温陶瓷涂料用在灶具、厨具、烤箱、电熨斗系列，发夹、通夹系列、烤盘，牛奶锅系列，不粘锅，电饭锅，电压力锅内胆及炒锅系列，炉灶，发热盘系列等各种涉及高温，耐磨或加热的电器，建筑铝幕墙，以及高瓦数灯泡、车灯， 轮毂，医药器材等灯具等领域。 一、产品性质： 1.用纳米无机组分为成膜材料。 2.比重：1.20~1.45g/cm3 3.黏度：9~13s(岩田2号杯)。 4.稀释剂：异丙醇或乙醇或去离子水或丁酮 水性双组份耐高温陶瓷涂料产品特点： 1.绿色环保，对人体无害。 2.附着力强，韧性好，适应不锈钢、铝、磷化铁、陶瓷、竹碳材料的涂装。 3.优秀的耐高温性能，长期高温使用下，光泽及颜色稳定。 4.优秀的耐刮及防腐性能，硬度高，耐磨性好。 5.优秀的持久不沾能力，可长期耐受沸水、盐水、牛奶、鸡蛋、黄油等食用材料。 二、产品性能： 1.附着力：0级（百格法）。 2.耐热性：>500°C(长期使用温度)，>700°C（短期使用温度）。 3.冷热冲击：350°C/25°C，100个循环，涂膜无异常。 4.冷硬度/热硬度：≥9H（铝合金，三菱铅笔）。 5.耐磨性：>200000次（负重4.9公斤，3M刮擦布）。 6.耐腐性：N小时浸泡70~80°C的酸、10%NaOH、溶剂、水、盐水，漆膜无异常。 7.不沾性：对酱油、色素、油脂、牛奶抗污性强，持久煎鸡蛋及煮饭试验满足要求。 三、施工方法： 1、 贮存和施工准备 1.1贮存 本料可常温或冷藏储存,若超过贮存期（6个月），则应先行检验粘度、颜色及表面效果是否合格，方可使用。 1.2熟化方法 A组份加水溶性色粉或色浆加填料必须将A组充分滚匀3~10min，（油漆配比为A:B=2：1），再将B组份按全部加入继续滚匀3~24h（常温或温度16℃左右，低温适当延长时间，建议滚匀速度为90-110rpm），涂料滚匀后应在3~24h内使用完毕，或冷藏储存7~30天。用前滚动多久静置多久再喷涂。 ｛涂料均可直接施工，一般不用稀释。为了得到较好的表面效果，施工前应用100~400目滤网过滤）。 2、 涂装线 双组分建议使用低压喷枪，可选择手动喷涂或自动喷涂，具体的喷涂方法，要根据工件的几何形状和涂装量来选择。 3、 底材 本涂料适用于以下底材：铝、钢、不锈钢以及耐高温合金如镀铝钢、镀铬钢和镀锌铝钢等。在涂装过程中，前处理重要，本涂料建议前处理工作如下： A. 除油，可采用常见的预酸洗/脱脂处理工艺。 B. 喷砂，采用80~120目左右石英砂打磨，粗糙度为3-5μm。 由于客户需求由最终用途不同而变化，所以在使用涂料前应该测试每一种新的原料和生产过程的配套适用性。通常底材经前处理后要尽快涂装，避免受湿度影响和形成氧化膜等污染。如必须放置，则应放在室温干燥房内，以免因气温升降而产生水蒸汽附在工件表面上。 4、施工过程 a.预热，底材预热45~55℃。 b.喷枪，建议使用酒精或者异丙醇清洗，如果之前喷过油性涂料必须用酒精充分清洗，建议使用低压喷枪，喷嘴直径1.1~1.4mm，空气压力1.5~2.5kg/cm2。 c.过滤，建议使用400目滤网过滤。 d.涂层厚度，对于单涂层，色漆厚度为25±5μm；对于双层涂层，底涂层20±5μm面涂厚度为8μm左右。 双涂采用湿碰湿工艺，底涂工件预热40~60℃后喷底漆，流平4~6分钟，然后喷涂面漆。 5、固化条件 20±5min/180~250℃(工件温度)。 9H Inorganic Nanometer Waterborne two-component Ceramic Coatings Instruction of high light, high temperature resistance and high wear resistance ceramic coatings 9H Inorganic Nanometer Waterborne two-component Ceramic Coatings are widely used for cooker, kitchenware, oven, electric iron, hair clips, clip series, baking pan, milk pot series, non stick pan, electric cooker, electric pressure cookers and fry pan series, stove, heating plate series involves high temperature, wear or heating appliances, aluminum curtain wall construction, and wattage lighting, lights, wheel hub, medical equipment and other lamps and lanterns. Product properties： 1. Use Nanometer, SiO2.nH2O2CH3Si(CH3O)3 as a film-forming material. 2. Proportion：1.20~1.45g/cm3 3. Viscosity：9~13s。 4. Excellent durable non-stick ability, the product can endure long-term boiling water, salt water, milk, eggs, butter etc. Product Property 1. Adhesion：0 grade. 2. Heat resistance：>500°C(long-term use temperature)，>700°C（short-term use temperature）。 3.Hot and cold impact：350°C/25°C，100 time circles ,film is normal. 4. Cold hardness/Hot hardness: ≥9H（aluminium alloy,Mitsubishi pencil） 5. Wear resistance: >200000 times( it can bear 4.9KGS,3M scraping cloth). 6. Decay resistance: Film is normal after N hours soaking in 70~80°C water which contain acid, 10%NaOH,solution,water,saltwater. 7. Non-stick property: Contamination resistance is strong for soy sauce,pigment,oil,milk. It can meet the requirements of test for fried eggs and cook meals. Job practice: 1、 Storage and Job preparation 1.1 Storage The material can be stored at room temperature or in cold storage. If it exceeds the storage period(6 months), the viscosity, color and surface effect should be tested qualified before usage. 1.2 Curing method A component add water soluble toner or paste filler must let it roll 3-10 min fully.(paint ratio is A:B=2：1),add all B component in it and continue to roll 3~24h symmetrically at normal temperature or temperature at 16 degree, it is recommended to roll at speed of 90-110rpm. The coating should be used up in 3-24hours after rolled uniform or refrigerated storage 7-30 days. Our coating can be used directly, and generally don’t need to diluted. In order to obtain good surface effect, the application of 100~400 mesh filter is necessary before usage. Coating line Two component is recommend to use low pressure spray gun, it can choose manual or automatic spraying. The specific method should be decided by geometry of workpiece and the amount of paint. 3、Substrate The coating is apply to the following material: aluminium, steel, stainless steel and high temperature resistance alloy such as aluminized steel, chrome plated steel and aluminum galvanized steel. Pre treatment is important in the process of painting. It recommend to do work as below: A. Oil removal B. Sand blasting, it is grinded by 80~120 mesh quartz sand, and the roughness of 3-5μm. As the end-user’s demand changes according to final usage, so the matching applicability test for each new material and production process is necessary before the usage of coating. Generally speaking, the substrate should be painted as soon as possible after pre treatment in order to avoid the influence of humidity and the formation of oxide film. It should be placed in the drying room with room temperature in order to avoid the water vapor produced by the temperature rise and fall attached to the surface of workpiece. 4、Two component waterborne high temperature resistance ceramic resin coating Work process a. Preheat, Substrate preheat at 45~55℃. b. It is proposed to wash spray gun fully by alcohol or ISO alcohol if it sprayed the oil coating before. The low pressure spray gun is better and the spray nozzle diameter is 1.1~1.4mm, and air pressure is 1.5~2.5kg/cm2. . c. Filtration, 400 mesh filter is recommended. d. The thickness of coating is 25±5μm for the single coating; The thickness of bottom coating is 20±5μm and the surface coating is 8μm. Double coating use the wet process ,the bottom coating workpiece spray primer after preheat 40~60 degree, leveling 4~6 minutes, and then spray finish. 5、Solidification 20±5min/180~250℃(workpiece temperature) Remark: All resins of company can be through the FDA standard of United States.
