The D60and D80 PVC foam as new high-strength material,with lightweight, high strength, fatigue resistance. 

4、Field of application and special limitations of the product

ThePVC foam is compatible with almost all resin systems,whichcan be expanded the application in many filed, not only widely used in wind turbine, high-speed train, the luxurious yacht, aerospace and other cutting-edgefiled,but also many undevelopedfiled of high-end include building fire prevention, heat preservation, sound insulation, etc.

Thefinish productsurface preparationno needs forcoating or seal.

5、The storage condition

1）PVC rigid structure foam should be stored in the ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃, therange of humidity is 5%-75%.

2）In order to avoid the irregular shrinkage of theproduct, theproduct cannot be exposed to direct sunlight, and the ambient temperature and humidity around the foam are kept uniform.

3）When the storage environment is quite different from  the workshop , thePVC should bestored in the workshopmore than 24 hours before used.
